looks like it could have been made anywhere between 29-50s. It has some cool little horse rider guy embosed around the bottom of the bottle too.

ANSWER:
In 1927 Hi-Lex Corporation began making household bleach.
The Hilex Company was located in St. Paul, Minnesota. I think
the company must stopped making it sometime in the 1970s.
The bottles would hae a minimal value of $1-2. Digger
