Great. How old is the structure? That fireplace looks old. And that desk is awesome, you got the missing drawer?

The main part of the house is late 1800s but my father built the studio and the fireplace in 1952. The jewelers desk/bench is by American Cabinet Co. and came with an asbestos top cover. I do have the other drawer, it's just out because it holds my antique razor collection which I am sorting through to sell some. A buddy found the gorgeous desk/bench in the local dump back in the late 1970s, sold it to me for $300.

COOL BAR/MAN CAVE, YOU BUILD IT ?

I bought the house with it installed. I stocked the bar with the money saved

YOU THINK I WOULD FORGET THE BEER AND BOOZE ? I BUILT THE BOOZE DRAWER INTO THE BAR, AND MY FRIDGE FITS FINE---LOL------:occasion14:DSCN3648.webpDSCN3644.webpDSCN3646.webp

Scrappy... I don't see any old/antique bottles there , but I do see several that I would like to empty for you.. just sayin:laughing7:
Lol. My bottles are not given the chance to become vintage!
My beer fridge is in a room next to the bar and it hold a lot more than some mini fridge that would fit behind the bar.

You guys are killin me! I don't have a man cave... no Drakes bitters... no Masonic flask... no bar... no hidden drawer of alcohol... I' ashamed. I'm not worthy. I think I'll put on my diving gear and go jump in a lake or at least the tub.:BangHead:

But you live in New England!

...I'm a New England lover who's job took him to NJ , thus the drinking!

Wow, I'm so envious of some of you guys. I with a Mother soon to be 90 years old, an only sister who never married, A darling wife and three lovely daughters as my immediate living family has left me with no votes for any kind of landmark man-cave. Not all is as bad as it seems though. I do have a place that I can go. It's white in color and has 4 wheels. In it I find great peace and solitude. "Yes indeed there is a God" Cool stuff you guys. Sure wish I had my 67 Camaro back with me again.
