Looks like a former point reworked into a little blade maybe. You find a lot of Quartz in your part of the country huh?

Yeah the majority is quartz. I've found only four or five that was different material

That's definitely something. Quartz is a hard rock to work with, but it seems to be EVERYWHERE. Unlike flint or chert. You could always ask a local university or state archaeologist what it may be.
