Is this flat circle stone anything?

Hello - my daughter found this in a Tennessee creek. Anyone think it's anything since it's so round? Ended are tapered to make it almost look like a coin. Also looks kind of porous.

I have many like this. They're so perfectly round it seems they're purposed that way

I think natural to those flat stones are a difficult call sometimes as if they are natural or not. But that one looks natural to me.
