my new detector finds a half dime

Hey everybody I got a new at pro for Xmas , I'm so happy me and my dad went to an old spot and I did real good I found a ww1 button and a wheat penny and my best find was a seated half dime its date is cut off at the bottom but I'm still happy and my dad found 3 flat buttons and a 2 ringer bullet. Nice going. The half dime looks like a contemporary counterfeit. I know, the vast majority of counterfeits from the period were half dollars and to make counterfeit half dimes is a bit much, but not unheard of. It has that look. In reality, it would be rarer if it was counterfeit.
