My new garrett at pro has to go to the garrett doctor

I bought a garret at pro on june 4th the last month i.been haveing issues with it it on ground balances when I pump it its stuck on 80 and it won't let me manually ground balance it. I have to unplug it and plug it back in to make it work again and it dose the same thang like 30 minutes later i wanted to wait until I came back from my beach trip to turn in. I am waiting for the paper work from garrett to send in in its nothing against garrett I guess crap happens it sucks it's a brand new metel dector. Did u guys have simpler issues?

No mine changes everything I go somewhere different when ground balancing. I am sure they will help you. Might also help to post this in the Garret section where there are a lot if ATP users.

Did you try a factory reset?

Garrett has an excellent after sales service team. They will have that machine fixed and back to you in no time at all. Is it under warranty? ?

Yes I fact I just got it in June

Yes I did do a factory reset I even change the coil there is defiantly some thing wrong with my machine
