WOW!! you've got ounces in that pan! Was all that from working old tailings and how did you work it? Just curious and I think I see some mercury?

Sorry been out of town, pump water from a vertical shaft up 100 ft up the hill to a box and run. The silver you see is some silvery pyrite that is pocketed into the ore, millions of tiny crystals. No weight, but maybe a quarter ounce, a small pan makes it look a lot bigger than it really is. But the time with my son was priceless. Hurthawk says if you weigh it, it makes it too much like a job. Will do at some point as it will be Ebayed. Its the hunt I enjoy,my sons school just like the tuition money
