My Teller had something for me....PICs

Went in of friday to get a dime box and my teller friend said she had something for me -what turned out to be 3 rolls of nickels and 14 rolls of pennys some metal detector guy dumped.

After a weekend of cleaning and soaking, (and drinking) I think I'm gonna fill about 30 holes in my album. Some had ground action damage, but suprisingly alot are full dates and in great shape, after you get done chipping all the patina and stuff off.

Will post the after pics later tonite..here are some of the finds.

5 Liberty nickels 1894-07
10 or so Indians 1863-08
24 1909-1929 wheaties + a bazzillion others
Buffalos 1913 Type 2 -1938D
1 1943P war nickel

With the range of variety like this, I wonder what his silver scores were??

This is awesome! Reminds me of the time I found 35+ dimes in only 11 Rolls from Customer Rolled and they looked to all have come from a fountain or somthing. They were nasty like these were. I'll take it!
