Mysterious rock

Hey guys just looking for some help in identifying this strange rock was found in outback south australia,there was nothing else like was all on its own.

Is it a Rock? (looks a bit like metal slag)

Could be Iron Stone with some copper & minerals??

Its strange because it doesnt really apear to be magnetic ive waved a fair large magnent over it. It has the slightest bit of pull but really nothing
