The mystery coin is a jetton. Looks like the bust is of the Russian Emperor Nicholas I and it's from 1814 according to Numista.

That jetton is believed to be from Lauer in Nuremberg, but it was a family firm using the Lauer name over a long period, so that doesn't help much in dating. Numista does have the date wrong thouugh. Whatever the actual date, it's outside the generally recognised period for jettons produced as reckoning pieces and was likely produced as a gaming token for use in card games and such.
