Mystery rock 3

This one has really stumped me and others since I found it in Arizonia in 99'. Where I found it was in a valley surounded by lighter colored rock and then I saw this. It is shiny black like obsidian but it also has other rocks in with it. It is very breakable and there are other pieces with it ( some look nothing like this one) as well which I will post in a minute under the name Mystery rock 4.

It is not magnetic but does read on a detector as iron.

Its a iron ore concentration might have some Hematite in it also. The pictures are blurry so its just a guess.

Darn it I tried my hardest to get a non blurred pic on my phone, I thought I had it. Sorry. Thanks for your reply.
