Native American tool/weapon?

Pictures will be added from my phone momentarily. I found this stone a few hundred feet from the susquehanna river in NEPA. In a area where i know arrow heads and even pottery to have been found. It may just be a rock but it has my curiosity peeked. It is slightly bigger then my hand, heavy with one flat side. It is also smooth and fits perfectly in my hand. Not sure if the groove is handmade but some parts appear to have been worked on to me. anyway ill post pics in a sec.

Hey Mack. It sure looks like it should be something and defiantly worth bringing home for further study. My guess is that it is natural. If it was a made tool they would have not had the slit that you see in the side on picture 5. The shape is almost between an axe and a colonial hoe. Sure looks like it should be something but my guess is not. Was it found around or with any other artifacts?
