Native worked copper?

I think this could be an old piece of worked copper by the native americans. What do you think?

I don't know anything about it... but I am assuming that for others to help you out you might need more pictures from different angles and close ups of it. Right now it just looks like a curved piece of metal, copper based upon what you have stated.
