NC Newbie...

I am so happy that I ran across this web site. I was looking for forums about yard sales and got interested in metal detecting after reading all the great information here. It looks like so much fun and I found a metal detector on Craigs List for 10 dollars so now I can try my luck. The people here are so nice and that makes it such a pleasure to read the posts. Anyway, my name is Jan and I live in western NC. Hopefully I will be posting a find soon! Thanks for taking the time to read this.
