I'm in the upstate of SC and would certainly be interested in any old maps that you had to share.

I'd be glad to share, Rob. Just tell me what area you're interested in, the time frame and I'll see if I can accomodate you :-) Feel free to email me directly.

Darren

Darren,
what have you got in old maps in my area (Cape Fear River at Southport, Baldhead(Smiths Island) etc.
tks
Charles

Mostly big overviews, Charles. Here's what I found that would include your area. Take note of the last one - the 1925 map. Shoulda sent that to you a long time ago. Forgot I had it. I'll shoot it to ya via email. Any other specific ones you want or even all of them (hope you've got broadband), let me know...

Darren,
does the 1757 NC- show coastal area. Also 1850 NC coast got anything on it ?
thanks
Charles

Yes, the 1757 has the coast included. And the 1850 didn't look especially detailed in your area. They're both too big for this forum, so I'll send them via email to you.

Darren

Would you happen to have any for the central(Piedmont) areas?

I just sent you a couple via email. Let me know if they come through okay.

Darren,
I see your in raleigh, Im in Knightdale. I would love to see whatever you had for wake county or central NC. Especially east of raleigh. Thanks.

Rob

Havent gotten them yet Darren........if you were referring to me.

Yes, Zeke, I was referring to you :) My "Send" box shows it went to your email at zeke@rtmc.net - is that still current? It may be the files are too big for your server to accept. I sent them again, so let me know...

Rob, I'll send you some of Central/Eastern NC asap :)

Rob, you should have a few photos in your email. Lemme know...

Darren, would you happen to have anything in the greenville, grimesland or washington area? I would appriciate it. Thanks, Tim

You have any maps for the San Saba area in Texas from before 1860?

Tim in NC,
Not sure what you are looking for but,if you are MDing, You might want to check out the Pitch Kettle Landing area on the Tar. People have been shad fishing that area for 100+ years. Also (and I can't belive I am telling this) there was a civil war camp in Chocowinity Near where the old train station was. General area of 33 and Choco by pass.
