Well I’m trying to figure that out. So it’s really worth face? That’s what I would think

The 4 zeros are pretty cool, but it wouldn't add any value, in my opinion. There's hundreds of US notes on eBay right now with interesting numbers, but most rarely sell for more than a few bucks over face value.

if it was a radar note, or the number was sequential, or repeating, or mis-matched from one side to the other, then yeah it would be worth some over face value. I don't see anything that a collector would find as desirable in that one, so it looks like grocery money to me.
