Need a good gumbo recipe

Am in search of a good gumbo recipe? If anyone has a good gumbo recipe please share I don't want the one where it tastes like seafood!! Please and thank you in advance!!!!

Search on this site for 'no roux shrimp sausage gumbo'. Seriously....it's amazing. I found it about 3 years ago when searching for a gluten-free, no roux recipe. It's really easy and the gentleman poster gives simple directions. No fishy taste, which I also dislike. In fact, I might have to make it for dinner this week. I know your post is a year old but it's definitely a gumbo recipe worth sharing. :-)
