Need a little help with this RR tag

Found this today. The Missouri Lines of the.......C.B.& ?. RY.CO.
I don't know what the middle letter is.
Could it be a Q?
or an O?
or a C?

Any value would be helpful too...

Also...What was it used for ?

And..

How old might it be ?

Chicago, Burlington and Quincy (Illinois) Railroad Company
In 1855, the name of the Chicago & Aurora Railroad, which included several of the area's early rail lines, was changed to the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy. This road, which operated mainly in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, and Nebraska, was a leading Chicago transportation line and local employer.

hi i had discovered alot of these tags recently.they are baggage claim tags,for the railroad.depending on the maker the value varies.i have been averageing about $100 bucks a piece on ebay.tagtown should give you all the info you need.sorry dont know how to set the link.my tags are on the banner checkem out.
