Hello everyone,
I purchased this old clock at a yard sale for $75.00 and was told by the lady it did indeed work. I felt confident in her honestly. However, when I got it home and leveled it on the wall side ways and front to back the pendulum is not swinging free, it feels like it is dragging on something up inside and will not swing free in either direction. I LOVE this clock and want to get it working without spending my life's savings in the process. Does anyone have an idea what might be going on with it??
It is also missing the 3 finials and the eagle has one broken wing and the piece is missing but otherwise it is in excellent condition. Is there a place I could find a replacement eagle?
Also, can anyone ID this clock for me?
