Gonna have to say its not a meteorite. There are no flow patterns or evidence of burning. What you've there is what I call iron stone. Its a mix of silicates and magnetite and does not cut with metal tools Gonna have use carbide or diamond to slab it. Not an uncommon material and its often confused with meteorites.

Stony meteorites often display smooth exteriours with evidence of scorching however one usually has to cut a slab off to confirm their make up as some don't contain metals in any quantity.
