I found this in the park. It reminds me of the Fisher Brand name for building automobile bodies.
It's a wild guess but maybe it's something like that. It's not new and is solid brass.

A little history, many golf courses used these and I would assume parks as well, Pebble Beach golf course used this brand when it was built 1919.

I found one similar but without the old carriage and different shaped one that does have the carriage which is the same one posted by Mud Hut, both have pretty much the same wording but also has "Buckner" on them as well, it appears that Royal Coach Sprinkler company bought Buckner Sprinkler company around 1980 and it seems they are still in business.

Awesome information. What you're finding all makes sense. The park I found it in was built in late 1968 into 1969. It's a fairly new area compared to other areas in the city. A 1980 or younger seems accurate. It looks older than it is then.
When I brought it up there was no other metal there. So it was possibly detached from the main line. I did run into a lot of piping in the park, closer to the pond that's nearby. Who knows if there is more of them there. I don't think I want to know lol.
