I’ll post one more picture of a painted quartz stone. If you can’t tell that it’s painted red then it’s no need for me to post anymore.
😂Extra Large Kidney Stone. No joke! I mean it. They get colored that way on the way out.
Yeah I can see the head and the trunk. Can you please share another angle of the razor sharp blade? Do you think your blade could slice through the flesh and hide of a mammoth? It also looks like a Columbian Mammoth on the other side.
You’re rocking and rolling! Are these surface finds or underground? Hard to really imagine what truly lies beneath your feet. Hope you have a big backyard because I’m digging y’all’s discoveries! Please keep spitting your pics!Hey, I’m new to this site and I need some help identifying some points that me and my son are finding in my backyard in Athens Georgia. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Noticed the difference in background on this one (black vs hand). Did you find this one too? Here is another natural stone shaped by Mother Nature 😂
I checked out a new spot today. Took my favorite stick (or staff). Watched the sun rise with my daughter and another daddy daughter couple. The company and lithography there was amazing. 3-4 different layers of dirt and time dropped from the edge of the cliff to the river. Several hefty corals; we left them there for the next time because we didn’t have a spade. Came home with a brick and some timeless family pics! What we do is after it rains, we go around and look for something barely sticking up from the dirt. There is alot of erosion in my back yard where it slopes down to the creek. that blade I found yesterday was just barely sticking up and I dug it up with my stick.

You can't be serious...the only native artifact posted here was the one you took the image from elsewhereThis is a pretty neat zoomorphic stone, which by the way, was common especially among the first paleo indians. Probably used to carve images of other animals on their tools.
