Handle to a small drawer?

That is really cool out it in what it those guys are up to the challenge

Maybe trunk ornament??

Or park of a ribbon or medal??

Are there any places that are broken or show breakage on the piece?

It reminds me of half of the 'mouth' of a Victorian era coin/change purse.

It is part of a suspenders-strap buckle. Didn't anybody here notice how small the holes at the ends are? They are waaay too tiny for a drawwer-handle.

Thanks cannonball guy
