Need help IDing

Found this metal detecting and need help with I.D. It appears to be copper. Hole in top. Front has side view of two men ... one on right has a beard and bow tie. Under the bust are some letters (not all are visible) but towards the end of the letters is PHI DA. On the back is a shield with a diagonal banner that reads UNION. Alot of writing on the back ... around the top it says _ _ ublicans have ____ since 1860 (can't read the ____ due to the hole and the letters at the beginning are hard to read). Sorry about the quality of the pics ... can try to get better tomorrow. Thanks for any help.

Better pics will help. It's probably a political piece. The PHI Da is probably a abbreviation for Philidelphia and the ublicans is probably republicans

Your token is an 1884 political token. The two figures on it are Blaine and Logan:

The inscription should read "The Republicans Have Ruled Since 1860 And With Blaine & Logan Are Good For Another Term" around the shield.

The value will be less in dug condition.
