Just found the City sketch or painting lol i took a pic with my pixel 6 and it popped up. The Artist's name is "Anthony Thieme" (American, 1888-1954) It says pencil and Crayon drawings Price Est $800-$1,200 some of his other works go for 30K-40K and up. Google Anthony Thieme all the info should be there to assist you. Good luck.
