Need help with Hallmark... Sterling or Plated ???

I'm getting yes and no for Sterling, on another site... Anyone know for sure, if this is Sterling ?? Thank you.... and HH

Yes, I think silver. There are a number of sites online where you might be able to figure out the other two marks, which might be location made and maker.

The "Lion Passant" or lion with raised tail, indicates Sterling Silver. (925)

EG Webster and Son Silver Plate marks

Plate tends to tarnish in rainbows and sterling just turns grey/black.
