Detector(s) used
Minelab Sov. Elite 5", 8" & 10" coils. EXP II 8" & 10" coils with inline Sunray pin pointer. AT Pro 8" & 10" Coils, Equinox 600 10" and 5" coils.
Found at an old home site, made of brass.
No writing on it, back is blank.
Last pic is with dime for size.
I was thinking furniture related,
but there is no holes for attachment :dontknow: :dontknow: :dontknow:
Doesn't appear to be broken anywhere.

Thanks

I believe that is in fact furniture hardware and you were right on with your hunch. The attachment was via the brass loop with the threaded stud that went trough the face of the decorative piece, and then was fastened through the drawer with a nut. Your piece is actually missing the other end (broken off), that also had a matching brass loop and stud. The drawer handle was attached through the two loops. :)
