I have a property in another state which i buy when i am working and living there.I want to ask that to whom my family contact if i am died and do they need to have any will for that property?

Everyone needs a will.

Only answer I can suggest is you contact a local attorney, as Real Estate laws vary from state to
state, and often by County as well.

Also, asking for legal advice on the Internet is never a good idea, as you have
no idea if the person giving you the advice even has a clue about the subject.
Consulting a reputable, local attorney can save you from huge issues in the
future.

I agree with dieselram94 and DizzyDigger - run - don't walk to the nearest attorney.
 

Designate a family member as executor of your will and/or give them power of attorney.
Or, just don't die.
