I found this two piece gold gilt button its about the size of nickel it look like some numbers on it?

I am sorry that I can't help you. Your pictures are too out of focus for my old eyes to make out any markings on it. Try taking more pictures in natural daylight, but not direct sunlight and back off a couple inches. If they were in focus they would have been good shots.

Its front is plain, probably late 19th C.
