I found a semi-modern cartridge while out prospecting. Don't recognize the headstamp. "TOC/1941/7.9/FS" Cartridge is similar to a .308. I'm assuming 7.9mm bullet.
Any help gratefully accepted.

After further research, I think it's from an Argentine Mauser 7.92mm, and made in their San Francisco armory.
