Need identification of this Rock I found

I see rock like that here and there in Southeast AZ. I want to say it volcanic, but I cant say for certain.

That would be awesome. A friend of mine on here should be able to tell us for sure or not. Hopefully he will chime in soon.

Looks sedimentary to me. Can't narrow it down much further then that from the pic.
Might be one of those best seen in person for a proper ID.
