LA 670 A, made of white metal (it looks like some chemical action has changed the composition of yours), and was used starting in August, 1919. Varieties exist, and the catalog value in my 1970 3rd edition was 15?. It goes on to say that the New Orleans Railway & Light Co. operated from 1905 to 1922, when it became the New Orleans Public Service Co.
