Need info on civil war storecard-token

Does anyone have a book with this civil war token listed in it? It has the classic indian head design on the obverse with W.THIERBACH 142 ELM ST. around the rim.The back has a wreath with GROCER stamped in the middle of it.How is it listed? What state? Rarity? Thanks in advance.

Great token! New York, New York #NY 630BX. Most common in lead (R2). Copper and copper-plated lead are rated R9 and R8, respectively.

Thanks PBK.This one is lead and has traces of copper still on it,but most of it has worn off.
