Need info on this Ford Item

Anybody got an idea what this from and how old it might. It has a for emblem on it.

Ford Model T hub cap. Nice find

Maybe an axle grease cap/dust cap that goes over the center of a wheel? Can't tell but looks like it's hollow in the back.

Project pat is correct in his id. This was one of my first finds over 25 years ago, yours is a bent up a little but still has value to collectors. Mine was stright and clean and sold to collector for $65.00 great find, congratulations.
