Hello Guys and Gals,
Sadly my Mother suddenly passed away on Sat. 6/10. She has been sick off and on her entire 73 years of life, but this was lightning fast. Literally like a light switch. She had no pain and I am very grateful for that. I've had to go to Florida to take care of her belongings and her remains. Just got back Sunday morning at 2 AM. I'm exhausted and in need of some emotional uplifting from my friends.

Hope all of you are well and swinging!

Thanks..............Moon (Cindy)

I agree. All of you are very special folks and I am blessed to be able to correspond with you. Thanks for all your encouragement and blessings. They really have helped me....ALOT!

I'll be back soon with better news......In the meantime, God Bless you all and Happy Hunting!

sorry for your loss. i hope you and your mom were close and it sounds like you both were. my dad and me was never close. he had a stroke and when i went to see him by chance he was close to the nurse,s pod and when he heard my voice he tried to get up :'( we made peace with one another :) god bless you.

My sincere condolences. When a close friend of mine passed I was surprised that the planting of a tree in her honor actually helped (a bit). But time, friends, family and tears got me through. I wish you well. -Ben

Moon,
I am deeply saddened by your loss. I lost my Dad 23 years ago and I still think of him and miss him every day. Try remembering all the good times and I agree with benz...make some kind of act in her memory whether a memorial or a donation.
Did you get to see your son while you were in Florida? Having family close by often helps.

Cindy...........I am very sorry for your loss. Please accept my families kind thoughts and prayers. "God please carry Cindy and her loved ones as they try to continue with the journey you have blessed them with". Amen

I did get to see my son Grizz.......how sweet of you to remember. He's a beautiful man now! Will be 21 in August.

Aguila.....thank you for your prayer. :)

I know I am new here, but I am sorry to hear about your mom. My prayers are with you and your family. I understand how it feels to lose our loved ones. I lost my Dad and my cousin within the last three years. I know these types of statements don't miraculously take away the pain, but your Mom is in a better place experiencing Treasures of a far greater kind. Someday in the future you will find the path she took and reunite, where she will share this treasure with you. Be well!!!!!

Chin up! Sorry to hear of your loss. At least she had a long life!

I never heard this until about 5 years ago but I
used it many times since....it is called 'kissed by a angel"
when your loved one dies like your mom.

Hope you have comfort in this..

God Bless

Moon,

As a newbie... have been reading forum for about a month (since I got my first MD)- the responses I have just read is exactly why I enjoy this site! It is so hard losing family and friends to death! BUT it seems there is a great "Family" here that always share in both sorrow and happiness of its members. My family will be praying for you and yours.

oh Cindy; I'm so sorry.
Will be praying...

Sorry about that you and your family are in our prayers!

Hey Moon,
Sorry for the big loss, but may God be with you and your family.

God bless
Peter

Cindy, sorry to hear about your Mom. There is usually nothing that can be said to help with the pain of the loss of a parent. Know, though, that she is in a better place and no longer in any pain. My prayers are with you and your family.....Lance

sorry for your loss, will send prayers your way ,wishing you comfort of some measure.
here for you, randall

Cindy, sorry to hear about your loss. I lost both of my parents about 25 years ago, but I still miss them. Then about 10 years ago, I lost my wife. So there has been a lot of pain. The pain is now gone, but the good memories remain. Family and friends helped pull me through those times. And I'm sure you have a lot of family and friends to lean on, also. They will help you. And May God Bless You.
