I do know that it is from sauer co from Richmond Virginia but if someone can help me on the year it was made and what it, came off of would appreciate it on the back it says congratulations of the cf Sayers Co manufacturers

looks early 1900's to me. perhaps a pocket watch fob, maybe for years of service with the company? here's a link to the company history. if nobody here has any info, maybe you can write the company C.F. Sauer
