Need some help identifying this!

Found this piece while detecting my families property in Pennsylvania. It came up as 25 cents on my bounty hunter. It was about a foot in the ground. Any info would be awesome

Large fishing weight, that larger size would be for a fast large river or ocean fishing. Made to take your bait down and keep it there. Most are made of lead but could be cast with any metal.
