Found this medal today. Wondering if it's a military good conduct medal and if so what branch and time frame.
Front says "Efficiency, Honor, Fidelity" Back says "For good Conduct"
Thanks for the help.

Is it a current good conduct medal still being used or a older one? Thanks.

p.s. Lonelyduck just a tip; the "search" box on your computer will usually immediately identify most things that contain a name, particularly medals, companies, even patent dates. Once you enter the name and press search, then press "images" which makes the process sometimes even shorter and easier! :)
