That's pretty cool! I like watching and looking at them.

The other day at work I had the glorious job of removing a deer that had been hit by a car. At a distance I saw this large bird fly off and perch in a tree as I came up and removed the deer. I looked up in the tree and I got the dirty eye from the eagle as I stole his breakfast.

I took these photos with my iphone, so they are not the best.

It was a treat to catch him in mid flight as he flew off before I left.

Hey Old Dude!! Thanks for the Pics, really Gorgeous Bird!! I live on the Mississippi River down here in Louisiana and have a pair living in the front yard!! They are truly spectacular when in Flight!! GOOD LUCK and GOOD HUNTING!! VERDE!!

I live on the Susquehanna River, Verde. We have several nesting pairs, juveniles and an assortment of them in our area now. They have made a wonderful comeback here. I am so grateful to experience them. Happy Easter to all and Happy hunts!
