No idea what this could be, great armour for a toy soldier? Lol obviously not but I'm stumped tbh, any help guesses welcome.

Found in southern England.

Maybe a bit of a Roman brooch ! Crusader could probably give you an ID , looks really old .
 
Its a broken 18th C Furniture Drawer Pull.

Thanks for the ID,, my friend found it and asked me to post it for him. Maybe there was a dwelling there in the past.

I find furniture pieces all the time in ploughed fields & the nearest houses were over a mile away. Really, it doesn't tell you much other than it was either dumped or the furniture was burnt on the field.
