My biggest concern is the prospecting stores ,
the owners are not telling people that the days of digging ANY gold is on its way to becoming illegal.\


Im not speaking on all the owners but there needs to be fundraisers at prospecting stores with small donation fee to help the plp.

All of the mining store people I talk to (including me) and manufacturers have been going to court and donating a lot of money to PLP, Western Mining etc.

Many have closed up or pulled back. Some are going mining why they can.

1 percent of us (every miner) have done the research, court cases, research and etc. Western Mining has 6 guys that bust their hump, PLP has 7 law suits pending.
In our area we have been to court with various people no less than 15 times and gotten most dismissed. We have written letters to D.C. and the State of Calif. We are actively engaging the forest service on our claims as claim owners.

All claim owners should be filing suit. Each case is handled on its own merits.

99 percent are quietly donating, lurking, watching and hoping someone else will fix it.
