Just looked it up....a 6.6 is pretty large. Then I saw that California has had over 7000 in the last 365 days.....holy s#$t. That's alot of quakes

The vast majority we don’t even feel. This particular one had an epicenter about 140 miles south of me and it was a pretty good sized quake, so we could definitely feel it up where I live. Fortunately it wasn’t strong enough to cause any serious damage in my area. I was laying down and my bed started rolling like I had a waterbed. I got up and the pendulum lights in my kitchen were swinging back and forth. Fun times!
