Seamus stayed at my parent's place a few times.. they ran a guest house and he visited for the festivals in the area, celebrating Irish culture.. Most of the 'Irish celebrity' crowd (of sorts) stayed at some stage, often with a bottle opened and 'wild craic' late into the night,, the Dubliners were always a laugh as too were the Clancy Brothers.... met them all I have...

Cool, I bow, that is a great story. My wife went to hear him speak in Seattle and loved it...the reviewers here were not so kind...they wanted something more intellectual....bunch of snobs...
