No, it is a very good cut of beef.
A little on the expensive side but a little cheaper than filet mignon. Very tasty.

Changing a toilet seat??

Gutted down to the bare studs and starting over with new plumbing, wiring, skylight, fart fan, walk in shower, pocket door, new tall mans toilet, new vanity, shiplap walls, tile floor and on and on and on it goes.

Make sure "The Fart Fan" isn't one of those 3 phase reversible types.
