I've been doing research of the property we live on and decided to play around this afternoon. I found this axe head. Still have to clean it up some more. Anyone know what it is? After finding this I ended up finding an old bar wire fence line and was able to trace it using my detector. I'm still new at metal detecting but having a blast so far!

Really? It's never crossed my mind that it would be wanted. As of now I have traced the fence line at least 5 feet and marked just haven't dug it all up yet.

As posted above, some wire is a real collector item. There are several online sites where they have pics and sizes to determine which wire you have.
