I didn't actually find them, but went to the bank and the teller asked if I wanted some bills from 1950. She hands me four $10 and two $5. All six bills are crisp, brand new 1950 series. They were found under a carpet and brought in all at once. Two of the tens almost have consecutive seriel numbers, 18440441B and 18440443B. Don't know if they're worth anything more than face value, but thought it a neat find.

Nice work hope u still have them or sold them there worth about all together around 200 buck

Thanks soldier, I still have them. I'll probably always have them.

Good eyes to catch that $5 star note. According to "paper money" magazine, that not could get ya around $50-$75! Gpurs...

hey gang,
I saw the star note, but why is that more valuable ??

PLL

Old currency is a hot collectable. I would hold on to them!!!! Especially since you only have face value invested.

The bottom 10 in the picture is that serial A touching the A in America??? i know nothing about paper currency but seems like that would be some sort of error does anyone else see what im seeing?

top 10 on right is also an offet error.Dont know if its worth anything but great finds

Yes, both of the tens are errors.
