I strongly suspect this is simply broken flint but I’ve been wrong so many times. Just another rock?

Any flaking or edge work along the inside edge? It would make a nice gut hook.
 
It is very sharp on the inside curve but it appears to be a clean break the length of it. Buzzard effigy suits it well��
