New in box one Minelab explorer xs with a crack arm guard is worth what?

I have been looking for a new metal detector and found this new in box minelab explorer xs with a cracked plastic arm guard. Can anyone knowledgeable tell me what it worth in value. I have been looking at the minelab sovereign GT but am wondering which would be the better machine if both are equal in price?
