Hi to all. I'm just beginning in the hobby and will be doing research to choose my first detector and equipment. Thanks to all who post here, and I hope to be able to help others as I learn.

Thanks to all for the welcome! I'm near Gonzales, LA. Once I decide on what detector I'm going to start with, would be great to hunt with someone more experienced.... Maybe learn a tip or two!

[Metal Detecting Stuff]

Welcome to Treasurenet! I'm your neighbor to the west in Spring TX. Give me a shout if I can help you decide on equipment to use.
