New member from upstate / western NY

Hello to everyone!!! My name is Bill and I am new to this site and treasure hunting in general. I have been interested in history and hidden treasures for years. For me, I became obsessed after researching oak island and other buried treasure stories. As soon as I started watching videos and seeing some of the wonderful finds on this site I knew this was the hobby for me. I have a small budget at the moment and haven't yet decided on a metal detector. Hopefully some of you will help me to find one that is perfect for me. Very excited to converse with all of you!
